Our website can be found in all the major search engines used by those individuals that are looking to rent a RV. We will do additional advertising in each state where RV's are located on our website.

We have standard rental rates that By Owner RV Rentals will recommend, and we will provide you with the necessary forms you will need, such as the reservation form, insurance information, rental contract and accounting form.

You will receive training, either Online or a written copy. We do some initial customer screening when the renters first contact us, then we refer them to the individual owners.

You will continue to house your motorhome at your home. The renter comes to you, and then you will go over the motorhome's operations at check-out time. You will receive a deposit from the renter when the reservation is made, then final payment is due when the motor home is picked-up, including a $1,000. security deposit.

This is a great program. We offer credit card acceptance and we have a roadside assistance program for the renter (and owner too when you are out on the road). You can rent out your motorhome when you are not using it to help defray maintenance costs, upkeep and/or monthly payments. We do all the advertising. How it Works

Association Membership is 20% of all rental fees generated by his/her motorhome the first twelve months. Then the fee is reduced to 15% for all rentals while a member of the Association.

Purpose and Benefits of the Association

The purpose of the Association is to promote and train individuals to become independent contractors in the motorhome RV rental business, operated as a home based business, or as a commercial enterprise, and to actively pursue new markets and information, such as, but not limited to the following:

Will provide advertising for RV rentals and refer customers to Association members.
Will provide education, information, sample contracts, brochures, etc. to members on an as needed basis.
Will maintain website on the Internet to promote RV rentals, especially for off-season rentals, overseas visitors, commercial enterprises and movie productions.
Will endeavor to keep the website up with the latest technology to make the site easy to use for both owners and customers.
Will provide listing of your motorhome on our website (with photos).
Will provide a toll free number for members and renters to reach the Association.
Will provide 24-hour toll free telephone number for motorhome RV rental customers and Association members through Coach-net for on-road operational assistance.
Will do some initial customer screening by matching prospective renters with the proper motorhome and availability.
Will endeavor to provide the most affordable markets with the best coverage available for commercial and personal motorhome insurance.
Will promote motorhome RV rental schools and membership throughout the United States.
Will limit membership to each geographical area. Numbers to be determined.
Will endeavor to promote reduced fees for motorhome RV service and repair for Association members.
Will work with motorhome RV dealers to promote mutual sales as well as rentals.
Will provide updated membership directory to all members.
Will provide members the ability to accept credit cards from renters.
Will provide campground directory and other promotional material at reduced prices.
